Help me give my students a classroom that feels comfortable! I'm going back to the classroom after being a reading interventionist. I'm in need of classroom items such as rugs and book tubs to help organize my classroom!

My Project

Providing my classroom with rugs will allow for students to have comfortable and optional seating. Rugs are an excellent way for students to learn in a whole group setting. Students will be able to gather around a reading chair to hear a good book, complete science activities, read their own book, or stretch their legs while working on a writing project.

I am asking for help with my classroom library.

I am in need of books tubs and whisper phones. Organizing books in tubs will allow for students to see more book options and display a wider selection of texts for all levels of readers.

The whisper phones would allow students to read "aloud" to themselves. This is great practice for reading fluency. It will also keep the classroom quieter so students can focus and enjoy their book.
