My Project
My students need the opportunity to serve others, demonstrate leadership, and learn how to give to their community. With your generosity my students will be able to display leadership and have pride in serving their community as they give resources to the district's summer reading summer school program.
Students will feel empowered, have a higher self-esteem, and more independent living when they give reading resources to the summer reading program in their own community.
Students will be excited to give TpT gift cards to enhance the summer reading program with fun themes: beach, insects, gardening, and superheroes. Students will have pride and be excited to give construction paper and glue for phonics crafts and writing activities. Students will also give literacy teachers magnetic letters and phonics manipulative for the community summer reading program.
