Songs of the Season: Music for Young Performers

Help me give my students engaging holiday concert music with fun songs and choreography to share with families.

My Project

My kindergarten, first, and second graders are full of energy, excitement, and creativity. They love to sing, move, and share their voices, and they look forward to our holiday concert all year long. What makes my students special is their joy for learning and their eagerness to perform—not just for themselves, but for their families and school community.

The music I am requesting includes songs written specifically for younger students, with clear choreography and movement ideas.

These resources will make a big difference by giving my students age-appropriate, fun, and engaging material that supports their learning. Instead of struggling with songs that are too advanced, they will practice music that matches their abilities while helping them grow in confidence, rhythm, and expression.

My goal for this project is to create a memorable holiday concert where every student feels successful and proud of their performance. The music will not only make the concert joyful and engaging for families, but also teach teamwork, listening skills, and the joy of performing together. With your support, my students will experience the excitement of preparing for and presenting a concert that highlights their talents and love of music.
