This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It's simple: just be outside and play. At our school we have a decent jungle gym and a few swings to share but the number of students having recess together is enormous. There can be 100 to 150 or more students on the playground at one time. That's a lot of waiting for a turn at the swing and a very crowded slide.

We all know recess time is a great time to release some of that indoor energy and interact with other students in your school.

Let's give them some choices while they are out there. This playground equipment will help students spread out and enjoy their play time together like it is meant to be.
