Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I'm a Special Education Teacher for middle school. I've already been warned that due to the budget cuts due to the $200 million deficiency, my school will not be providing any supplies beyond tissue and toilet paper.
As a Special Education Teacher, I utilize a lot of paper.
I'm constantly printing IEPs, Invitation Letters, Reevaluation and other necessary paperwork for parents who prefer paper copies and not email.
Additionally, I print worksheets for my students and other supplementary aids. I think it's good for kids to have a mixture of work and not just have everything on the Chromebook
