Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My goal for this project is to buy items that would make the students in my inclusion classroom feel comfortable and excited to come to school. Additionally my goal is to buy items that my students can use to support their learning.
The weighted lap pad/toys, wobble stool, and string warm lights will be used to help students with any sensory needs and provide flexible seating.
The floor puzzle and matching game will be used as learning tool as well as an activity that students can look forward to doing in class. Additionally, the art dot, markers, dough tools, expo markers, and paint trays will also be used for projects.
