Social Worker Seeks Resources to Support Students' Mental Health Needs
I need books and materials in order to deepen my professional learning and stay abreast of the mental health needs of my students.

My Project
As a school social worker, I see many of my high school students experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Many of these students seek mental health and counseling support in school because they cannot access these services in the community. Students and parents trust me to provide them with up-to-date and current information on psychology, social work, trauma, and evidence-based practices.
In order to keep up with the latest developments in the mental health field, I need textbooks and resource materials (modeling compound, crayons) that will prepare me to participate in an intensive professional development and training program.
Learning new interventions and evidenced-based practices will allow me to meet the growing mental health needs of my students.
