Social Studies Engagement

Help me give my students opportunity to create art, engage in discussion about social studies. Food prized for student engagement and classroom collaboration and comfortability.

My Project

Students need to feel more engaged in Social Studies content while discussing real life issues. Iʻll use food for prizes and art for further expression of knowledge through content. Classroom comfortably is also a priority to ensure safety, student wellness and good student-teacher relationships.

As a first year teacher I also need to fulfill the class with content related books.

Bookshelves will help with my personal library that I will share with the students as well as a circle table for students who need extra help. Climates in Hawaii can also be tough to endure so fans, cleaning products, tissues and snacks are needed.
