My Project

The students that are in my class this year are awesome and they are so eager to learn! They love learning in non-traditional ways (non textbooks). I'd love to be able to provide nonfiction books from the "What Was" series so that my students can do a deeper dive into learning about important events in our history such as the Lewis & Clark Expedition and Pearl Harbor. We also frequently discuss geographical locations during instruction time because of the units we do (Revolutionary War and Lewis & Clark), so it would be wonderful to have a globe to be able to accurately show students locations of different countries.
