This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Mental health is particularly important for high school students, as this period is marked by significant social, emotional, and academic changes. Good mental health supports focus, motivation, and cognitive function, which are essential for learning and achieving academic goals. Anxiety and depression can hinder concentration and memory.

Maintaining mental health helps students develop resilience, enabling them to cope with stress and setbacks.

Prioritizing mental health in high schools helps create a supportive learning environment that fosters personal and academic growth. The requested Lego's, puzzles, and activities will serve as a way to reduce stress and provide creative outlets for expression, opportunities for collaboration and teamwork, and strategies for managing stress and anxiety in an interactive and enjoyable way.
