My Project

I have discovered that many of our students are struggling with their social-emotional skills due to the pandemic. I am hoping to get new SEL resources (SEL classroom lessons and group counseling sessions) that will continue to enhance the print-rich school counseling that I strive to create. Having several lessons for many of the different student's needs helps me to meet my students where they are. As I teach my lessons and the students become more self-aware, having supplemental lessons is always a bonus. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to counseling, so having enough materials to create something that works for the specific need is very important. I am excited to add to my counseling collection.
