My Project
I am looking to provide my students and staff resources and tools that we can use with our student cope with their feelings and emotions in a healthy manner. Many of our students have history of trauma and emotional dysregulation and can benefit from tools and books to bolster their emotional development. It is my sincere goal to give my students a strong foundation that allots them a strong array of tools and strategies to pull from when they become emotional. These tools and books will help my students learn and practice these important strategies before they experience a crisis or emotional dysregulation.
