My Project

In first grade we are giving extra time on social emotional learning. During this time, students will learn about spotting their feels with A Little SPOT books. Feelings such as anger, frustration, peaceful, happiness, scribble confidence, sad, learning, love, anxiety, worrying, and much more.

They will learn about the feelings and many different strategies on how to deal with them.

It also makes them more aware of their own feelings. When they are in certain situations, it might be hard to get out of. With the Spot books, they should be able to identify their feelings and help get their peaceful spot when they are in those certain situations.
