Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students have upcoming projects for our critical literacy unit and contemporary classics unit. Students will be making dioramas, presentation boards and creating their own games.

Students will also be engaging in social emotional learning activities for the second half of the year.

During this time we will be playing games, doing restorative circles and journaling. We would like to give students access to educational games that spark their interest such as Taboo, Hedbanz and hangman etc.

Students will need construction paper, glue, crayons etc. to work on their art projects.
