My Project

This is my first official year as a special education teacher and I couldn't be more excited to have my own classroom! I chose items that would benefit my students, such as inclusive books that represent my class, and of course, encourage reading. I also chose some fun but impactful SEL games. Covid not only had an impact on students learning but on their social skills as well. These games will not only be a fun way to connect to one another but also serve as a great tool for SEL learning. The storage unit is for student supplies, books, etc., as I strive to have a room where things are organized, and students know where to find everything. With this being my first year as a special education teacher, I am excited to create a classroom for my awesome students! A classroom that is not only theirs but is comfortable for them as well. Thank you!
