I would like to complete this course to Facilitate social-emotional learning practices and workshops at my school. I work with students with social emotional struggles and trauma.

I will be able to Teach trauma-informed, accessible yoga classes and meditation practices for my students at school.

I Integrate researched-based and CASEL aligned social-emotional learning practices into my instruction . I like to join community of educators and leaders that use wellness as a vehicle for healing and social growth. I like to offer for my school and students ,physical, mental, and emotional well-being through cultivating a yoga and meditation practice
