My Project

My goal is to help my students gain the knowledge and understanding of their own emotions. As students navigate the world they often struggle with regulating their own emotions as they begin to experience new things. These books will be a great addition in my SEL lessons as well as for students to read and expore on their own.

This series of books provide children with the language to name their feelings.

They also give children the opportunity to talk about feelings and emotions during periods when they are calm

The plushes would be an excellent addition to our classroom "take a break" center equiped with a tent and a fidgets for stimulation. All thats missing are these awesome books!
