Social and Language Development Through Dollhouse Play!

Help me give my students a new dollhouse and dollhouse furniture. As the children get the option to go into centers in the classroom, the dollhouse center is a perfect way to support language and social skills.

My Project

Please help my preschool classroom gain social/emotional skills by funding our dollhouse! They pretend to be mommies, daddies, and kids all in various situations. It allows them to use their creativity to expand their imaginations. Role-playing is a key component of learning, it helps them to develop social, emotional, and intellectual skills, allowing them to better learn about the world around them.

Due to COVID-19 isolation, children need more practice developing their social skills.

Roleplaying about families with the dollhouse and the diverse dollhouse people will add another layer of support and practice they desperately need.
