We are so excited to be growing with our PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Systems) program this 2023-2024 school year. We have been working so hard earning eggs to fill our class baskets for rewards. An individual student program was just purchased so that students may earn points based on their positive behavior and SOARing choices. With those points, they will go shopping in the SOAR Store or save their points to purchase a ticket into a quarterly celebration. SOAR stands for Safe, Organized, Always KAHFOOTY- Keep All Hands Feet Or Objects To Yourself, and Respectful.
What better way to celebrate their amazing behavior than with a school store "SOAR Store"!
With this donation, we can create, build, and supply the school store. We will use the storage bins, table, and organizers to set up the items that students will purchase with their points. We will use the gift cards in the SOAR Store for purchasing with points. We have built a room where we can store items for our teachers to check out and use for rewards and celebrations as well as make part of the room our "Soar Store". We could not have made any of this happen without the continuous support from our incredible families and generous donations given to our school through this DonorsChoose project. We are so thankful for all of the contributions made this year to our PBIS program.
