Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every year, our Art students eagerly anticipate our 3D soap carving unit. This project not only allows them to hone their drawing skills by planning out their animal design, but also foster instruction following, critical thinking and problem solving.

With these art materials we can continue to build and offer engaging art lessons to our students and nurture their creativity.

Witnessing the incredible artwork crafted by these students is the most rewarding aspect of my job, and having the appropriate art supplies to support them in achieving their project goals makes the experience even more gratifying.

Mrs. Lufkin will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by September 1.
