I teach 2nd and 3rd grade Gifted/High Achievers in a Title I school in a suburban area. As diverse as my students are economically and culturally, they are diverse academically and emotionally as well. They are all creative and eager to learn.
They are innovative thinkers and they love to read, build, and explore.
They love to work together as a community and share what they learn with others. My students take each and every opportunity to learn something new!
My Project
VersaTiles will be used to help practice a variety of English Language Arts skills in the classroom. It will be a fun way for students to review previously learned skills.
VersaTiles will be used in centers as a review of what they have already been taught.
They are a fun and challenging way to review content knowledge without the pressure of an assessment.
Students who have already mastered a specific skill can be challenged in a variety of areas in English Language Arts. Students who need remediation can work with a partner or a teacher to help review the necessary skills.
