So Much Tech I Forgot How To Hold My Pencil

Help me give my students the opportunity to correct their pencil grips and get motivated to write.

My Project

With one to one technology in schools, online learning and gaming, some students have not learned or have forgotten how to correctly hold a pencil for efficiency and stamina.

"Ms. Coppola my hand is so tired, can you help?

What are those plastic things you give some kids?"

I have offered a variety of pencil grips to support finger and hand strength and where pencil grips were avoided in the past, I am finding students are motivated to try different options and strengthen their grips. As more students try the more students speak up.
