My Project
My class and I agree that our favorite part of the school day is story time. Reading with children stimulates their imaginations and expands their understanding of the world. It helps them develop language and listening skills and prepares them to understand the written word.
My goal is for my students to fall in love with reading!
Sadly, many of my students do not have story books at home. This take home library will provide my students with the opportunity to take a new bag of books home each week so they can snuggle up and read a good book with their families, learn to love reading and spend some quality time together.
