My Students
My school is a wonderful place filled with wonderful students and a wonderful staff. Over 800 eager students grace our school each and every day, and as the music teacher I am lucky enough to teach them ALL! The student's over the top smiles and blooming personality's shine so bright during music class. This excitement and joy during class is the best compensation a teacher could receive. My students come from all walks of life and have a true passion for learning, friendship, good values, and especially music!
My Project
After a year of wheeling around the school with my music cart, it's time to sit down! But where will all of my students fit?
How about on a whimsical, colorful, and educational rug!
This coming year I am so excited to have a terrific musical space to share with our students. However, the music trailer will have no carpet. When it comes to circle games or smart board instruction these kiddos need a comfy place to sit down and focus. This beautiful rug will fit perfectly in the music room and help student's sit comfortably, provide a space to gather, share reminders of musical symbols and terms, and even help dampen the excited musical sounds happening everyday. This new rug will be the focus point of the room and where all of our great students will play and learn music!
