Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As the year comes to an end, student attendance begins to decrease and so does learning. To improve student attendance, we have started an initiative to improve attendance schoolwide. Some of our incentives include activities like bingo, arts and crafts, movie and popcorn, extra recreational time, etc.. With your support, we would like to include snow cones to our list of attendance incentives.
Students that have 95% or higher attendance will be able to Keep Cool in School with a cold and refreshing treat.
This would be a great incentive to promote attendance and develop a positive everyday routines.
