My Project
Our second graders are working hard, and nothing motivates quite like the sweet scent of success—literally! With your help, we’ll fill their incentive sticker books with scratch-and-sniff rewards that recognize effort, kindness, and classroom wins. Students earn these fun, fragrant stickers through our class incentive program, where they collect them for meeting goals, showing leadership, staying on task, and making great choices throughout the day. These tiny rewards make a big impact—encouraging positive behavior, building self-esteem, and keeping students excited to do their best every day. For many kids, earning a sticker isn’t just fun—it’s a moment of pride. Let’s turn hard work into sweet-smelling celebrations and create a joyful classroom culture where every effort counts!
