My Students

The connection that is built between teacher and student in the span of one school year is incredible. It is so fun to get to know their personalities, interests, and strengths.

My students are a caring, hardworking, and energetic bunch!

And while we are not currently learning together in our classroom, I can still feel this energy through our new learning platforms.

My Project

This project is focused on making reading fun and engaging for students. I have been inspired by a reading subscription box that includes a book with multiple "gifts" to open along the way that connect with the characters and events in the story. It is such a fun way to bring stories to life!

While my students are learning at home I thought it would be fun to make my own version of this to send to them with a book and small gifts to go with the story.

I can't wait to hear about the excitement and engagement this will provide to my students!
