My Project
Everyday, my students come in hungry from home, lunch, and recess. When they can access healthier snacks, they have more energy and are able to focus on their learning and relationships with classmates. My students are learning and growing, they need more nutritious foods to assist them!
I am asking for donations to supply snacks with more sustenance.
These students often only have access to high-carbohydrate, low fiber/protein snacks. This is not a sustainable source of energy. Hunger impacts their overall well-being as well as their ability to focus and participate in their education. Please help me nourish these kiddos!
