This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
For some, bringing in a snack or lunch to school is a small task. For others, they rely on the portions provided to them as they may not have the ability to bring their own. For younger students, it is especially hard to go through an entire school day without being able to nourish their basic needs. So far in the school year, I have become very creative in the means to which I make sure each student is fed and ready for classwork. However, I hope to gain a solid classroom source for snacks, and take one less load off of my students and their worries.
