This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My school is a Title 1 school with a strong newcomer population. We need snacks to help students focus and feel supported at school. My goal is to provide one snack and a bottle of water to each student to help ease their hungry stomachs so that they can direct their attention and focus on learning. One of the most important ways to support our students is to have snacks to help them build community and relationships with the staff and students. Thank you so much for considering a donation towards our project. These snacks and water would last a long time and would support our deserving young people!
