Snacks Help the Therapy Get Through

Help me give my students a break, a fidget, and a snack all in one to give overwhelmed students a brain break, and help keep hanger at bay.

My Project

I’m the school therapist. Thank you for your continued support. Hungry students have a difficult time focusing in class and in their therapy sessions with me. Sometimes they just need a little something to tide them over until lunch or until the end of the school day. Providing snacks can also help build rapport with students so they become comfortable sharing feelings and learning how to handle big emotions. Snacks can also be a fidget, in a manner of speaking, as it gives students something do to while talking about difficult things in sessions.
