Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are English Language Learners who live in the inner city. Most are from low-income families. In this school, our focus is to create students who are hardworking, respectful, self-motivated young people who are eager to learn and be the best they can be in life! We encourage all students to graduate and attend a college of their choice.
This project will allow my students to have snacks during state testing.
Many students come to school hungry and need something to eat or snack on during the day. This will allow my students to stay focused on not think about being hungry.
