Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students need snacks to help them stay focused, energized, and ready to learn throughout the school day. Many of my students come to class hungry, making it difficult for them to concentrate and engage fully in their work. Offering snacks provides the fuel their bodies and brains need to stay sharp and alert, especially during long school hours.
The snacks will offer a variety of options like fruit snacks, granola bars, crackers, and other wholesome choices that give students a quick energy boost, helping them stay focused and perform academically.
In addition to helping them stay focused in class, having access to snacks can also lift their spirits and improve their overall mood. For many of my students, even something small like a snack can make a huge difference in their day, brightening their outlook and encouraging them to stay engaged.
