My Project

A significant number of students eagerly seek both learning and sustenance when they come to class. At my school 8th graders eat lunch at 10:30 am. Students are often hungry during their afternoon classes. Recognizing their needs, I am motivated to go the extra mile by providing snacks during our lessons and in-between meals.

Ensuring they have something to tide them over until they return home from school is a small yet meaningful gesture that can make a big difference in their day.

I hope to be able to provide students a snack especially on testing days.

Mrs. Holmes will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by August 29.
