This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
One thing we know about students is that they are motivated to stay engaged in the classroom when snacks are available. Therefore, I would love to have snacks available for my students to ensure they are focused and ready to engage with their peers to build on their learning. Additionally, having snacks available is important because sometimes students don't have the opportunity to eat before they arrive at school and/or don't enjoy eating the cafeteria food. Thus, having snacks on the go is a need for my students because they can eat them when it best suits them.
