Our students endure many hardships. The time I am able to spend with them in my role as a School Social Worker helps them to manage. The items I was able to purchase (snacks, SEL workbooks and activities, stress balls, fidgets etc...) helps me to facilitate this process. Your amazing gesture was also greatly appreciated by our students as it signifies compassion, care and empathy for their plights. \r\n\r\nWith your donation, our students had a safe space to unpack the difficult emotions and traumas they encountered daily. With your support we've been able to address some vital needs amongst many of our students. Being able to curb our students' hunger pains with the snacks you've provided has been paramount.
