Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I usually ask for snack donations because I know how hungry my students can be. I know that the afternoon is long when you have a hungry belly.
These snacks are to reward students with their favorite snacks when they do something exceptional.
I have seen that my students love spicy snacks and Pop Tarts. These snacks I am asking for now aren't for students to just keep their heads up. These snacks are for the students to get rewarded for the amazing things they do. That acknowledgment with a snack will foster a moment in time that will lead to strong work habits for now and in life.
