My Project

I am requesting snacks for my wonderful students. School starts at 7:50 AM every day and we don't get lunch until 12:00PM. I myself start to get hungry around 9:30 so I know that the kids are hungry as well. Children burn energy faster than adults so being fueled throughout the day will help give them the nutrients they need for their growing bodies. Once they have eaten a snack and gotten their energy levels up it will help with their focus in class. This will help them to perform better on assignments and tests.

State testing is fast approaching and my students could use snacks to get them through the day.

They will have 4 testing sessions during the next month. They will take a writing test, two reading test and a math test. These test last all day and the snacks will be a great benefit to help my students stay focused and energized throughout the day.
