This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have been learning about empathy and caring about others. We have worked on lessons that focus on being a good neighbor and offering support to those in need. These snacks will be packaged in individual bags that each child will decorate to distribute to other members or grades of our school community.

Learning to care for others will be a great lesson that my students will be able to carry forward into adulthood.
