This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Most of our school population is economically disadvantaged. Sometimes their only meal comes from our school. My Kindergarten cuties often come to school hungry with no snacks or breakfast. I want to help provide healthy snacks to fuel their belly and their brain so that they have enough energy to do their best learning and have the best day. With your help I can provide healthy snack options they can choose. The smart food popcorn will be used to celebrate my smarties for their hard work and achievements on a fun Friday. The Lysol wipes and paper towels will help my students clean up after snack time.
