Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hungry students cannot learn! That is why this project is so important. I have students who arrive at school late and will not receive breakfast. I am ready to help them learn when they arrive, but I have to be prepared for how they arrive at school.

If they don't eat, they can't focus on learning because they are so caught up in how their stomach feels.

This is why I have requested a variety of healthy snacks that are mostly protein. Students need protein to supplement school breakfasts and lunches. I envision using the food from this project to feed my students when they are hungry.
