My Project

Sometimes school breakfast and lunch are just not enough for these growing students who seem to have an empty pit. So I always have snacks for them. It costs me a lot of money but I don't stop because it is special to me to see these students so thankful for a little snack.

I am requesting these food items for my students who receive free school breakfast and lunch.

During recess I have from 20 to 30 students who hang out in my classroom. I am always asked if I have snacks and I always do. These students sometimes cannot eat lunch because of meetings, make-up tests, etc. Some students have afterschool activities where they will not go home until after dinner. Having a snack available helps with hunger for the next few hours.
