Snacks for Hungry Kids to Keep Them Learning

My Project

Keeping my students on track for learning can be difficult at times. Squabbles on the playground, ripped pants, or something happening at home can determine a student's behavior for the whole day. A big contributor to be angry students is hunger. Most of my students have food insecurities and need assistance from the school to help them make it through the weekend. One of the staples that I had growing up in school was snack time. Being able to chat with my friends while eating goldfish or another childhood snack. My students are not able to donate snacks to the class so I am reaching out for help.

These snacks not only keep my kids fed but it also contributes to a social tradition that is had in schools.

Please donate to this project so that I can continue this tradition and teach happy, well fed students.
