Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are eager to begin their morning math lesson first thing in the morning. Sometimes they come hungry and can not get started because they may be hungry. Some students get breakfast but once they come closer to lunch, there is no opportunity to have breakfast. By having some snacks, my students can avoid becoming angry, sleepy, or getting a headache from lack of energy and nourishment.
This is why it is important to have some snacks ready so that rumbling stomachs can be placated by something to hold them over until lunchtime.
At times there is a need for snacks to celebrate some amazing goals-setting that have been met.
