Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students need energy from food to get through the day of learning. My students come from families that are struggling to pay bills, many don't have cars, and lack food at their homes. My goals for my students is to love learning and with a full belly during the day they are able to stay motivated and fueled to learn new skills. I will use these snacks not only during snack time but send some home with the st tudents to keep them fueled for the day. All of my students recieve free breakfast and lunch but thhey still need that additional food to get them through the day.
