Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It goes without saying that preteens and teens are always hungry. So, they need a little in-between-snack to get them from breakfast to lunch, otherwise they will be what has been described as hangry, seeing as they lack the energy to do anything until, they've had a bite to eat or else, the angry comes out.
Today's classroom is full of such high expectations that hunger pangs must be neutralized in order for students to be able to even function, lest they give way to lack of interest and focus because they are more focused on the hunger they are feeling.
Such an easy thing to do: have snacks available in order to combat that hunger yet such a difficult thing to have seeing as snacks can rack up quite a bill. I can't keep up out of my own pocket. Thank you in advance for helping me to provide a calm, hunger-less classroom.
