Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students have morning snack and after school snack right in the classroom. Some students bring in chips and sugary drinks while others may not have any food at all. This project will provide food to those who need it. We are requesting a variety of snack options for students to eat. There will be cereal, cheese crackers, fruit cups, popcorn and breakfast bars.
Students who are well-nourished perform better academically and have better concentration in school!
