This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Classroom snacks are super important, especially when students miss lunch or have long days. As a coach of two girls' sports teams, I always want to make sure my students are fueled with energy to get through the day. Often, students forget their snacks or lunch for long sports days, and I want to make sure they have snacks to fuel them through a big game.

Students cannot focus or perform their best if they are constantly thinking about what they are going to eat, so I want to ensure they have something available to them!
