This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I run an after school English Immersion class for my English language learners. We have so much fun doing different activities like acting out verbs, completing worksheets and creating crafts. All these activities help them grow their vocabulary as they follow directions and work in partnerships. There is just one issue, by the end of the day my students are tired and hungry.
That is why I am asking for snacks that will fuel them through their after school learning!
With your help I will be able to get capri juice pouches for my students who don't have water bottles to refill. I'll also be able to get them healthy chips that are baked and popcorn. I am also asking for cookies that are portioned for them to have.
These snacks will make a huge difference in their attitude and moral. Thank you for your consideration!
