Snacks for a Small Town

Help me give my students snacks! Food insecurity is a real struggle. Many students can’t focus when their stomachs are empty. Our town is so small that my students don’t even have access to a full grocery store!

My Project

I have been teaching for the past 25 years, and most recently I have noticed many students requesting a snack. Groceries are high and budgets are strained, so I will do anything to help my students to be successful! Students should not have to worry about food, so I’m hopeful to stock my snack cabinet with a variety of options.

My rural, small town students deserve all the means to do well, especially with simple access to food.

No child should be hungry! Food is a life necessity. Please support my amazing students!
